The promoters were not able to get the necessary entertainment license, despite offering to move the festival from the beach to an airstrip...this is a real shame, and the groups, as well as the many thousands of fans who have bought tickets, are very disappointed.

Some of the acts have rescheduled in the form of a newly christened "Shockwave" festival - more info on the site. As far as I know, Pulp will not be part of this.
